Premises were clean. Waiters were courteous. Service was fast. Menu looks good. A diner has options to order precisely the richness, spiciness, noodle tenderness, cut of pork desired. Sadly, the pork belly in our ramen was 3/4 fats & only 1/4 lean meat, so we did not enjoy the pork belly as much as we did during our previous visits. Chicken Karaage, pork tonkatsu were excellent. Gyoza fillings were a bit undercooked. Cucumber salad was nice. Vegetable Salad was underwhelming.

We almost missed the reservation because of traffic and was able to arrive within the 15 minutes hold. Staff hesitated since it's past reservation but got it cleared later on and honored the 15 min. hold. Food was great. Service is good. Ambiance is just right.

Good noodle firmness compared to other branches, not overcooked on your specific choice, may it be firm or close to soft. Great cooks, I think just an improvement to their costumer service during peak hours since they're not really attentive to us after the meal was served until our bill/payment came out

Greeted and attended with kindness by one of their admins, I guess. All of their staff were attentive and polite as always. The supervisor/manager asked us how we got the 50% deal since it's hard to get one and we answered that we booked 3-5 days prior to the reservation date. He is pleased that we got the deal and proceeds to repeat our orders. Overall, our 2nd time eating here was always pleasant and comforting.
